Refunds are only available in cases where the product has been damaged during transit. We do not offer refunds for:

• Products that are not to your taste or preference.
• Products that have been opened, consumed or are partially used.
• Issues reported after 2 hours of receiving the order.

• Order Confirmation: Once your order is processed, you'll receive a confirmation email.

3. Delivery Time

• Standard Delivery: Typically, delivery will be completed within 1-2 business days from the order confirmation date.
• Express Delivery: For urgent requests, please select our express delivery option at checkout. Express deliveries usually arrive within the same business day.

Note: Delivery times may vary based on the specific location, weather conditions, and other unforeseen factors.

4. Shipping Fees

• Standard Shipping Fee: Rs 50/- for orders below Rs 950/-.
• Free Standard Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over Rs 950/-.
• Express Shipping Fee: Rs. 150/- (This fee is applicable for express delivery requests).

Our dips and chips are carefully packaged to maintain freshness and prevent damage during transit. We use eco-friendly materials whenever possible to protect the environment.
