- Products that have been opened, consumed or are partially used.
- Issues reported after 2 hours of receiving the order.

- Standard Delivery: Typically, delivery will be completed within 1-2 business days from the order confirmation date.
- Express Delivery: For urgent requests, please select our express delivery option at checkout. Express deliveries usually arrive within the same business day.

- Free Standard Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over Rs 950/-.
- Express Shipping Fee: Rs. 150/- (This fee is applicable for express delivery requests).
