Refunds/Cancellations

At Dipsmackerz, we are committed to delivering high-quality, homemade dips and chips that you will love. We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, in the rare event that your order is damaged during transit, we have established the following refund policy.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only available in cases where the product has been damaged during transit. We do not offer refunds for:

  • Products that are not to your taste or preference.

  • Products that have been opened, consumed or are partially used.

  • Issues reported after 2 hours of receiving the order.

All Refunds will take 5 - 7 business days to process.
